• The number of involved parties in the conflict.
• The possibility of conducting initial mediation assessments via phone or in person.
• The necessity for an aged care consultant.
• The sufficiency of a single joint mediation session. Additional joint or private sessions may be necessary if new issues arise. The organisation will be informed accordingly.

Quoted prices will include any travel time (if necessary) and the preparation of documentation.

Our Mediators will not:

• Favor any party
• Offer advice or instruct the parties involved on their actions
• Determine the resolution for the participants
• Engage in mediation where serious claims of harassment or abuse are present
